I love Leiden. Such a pretty city. We discovered it by accident a few years ago and fell in love with it. We didn’t see quite as much of other places as we wanted to, on that trip, as we couldn’t tear ourselves away from Leiden. Are you learning Dutch, Janica, or can you already speak it? Thanks for sharing. Great to reminisce about our time in Leiden.

Your video brings back my memories about this lovely open markt. Wow I saw in this video Mabroek opened a stall now in the open markt. I used to buy meat in Mabroek's shop. I took my master degree in Leiden in 2001-2002 and I enjoyed shopping or window shopping in the open markt. Hope to visit my beautiful Leiden again in near future with my daughter, Leida.
