Very interesting. If you want to you should do some videos on how you mod these synths (ie design\mod process). Would also like to see some more of your music (live)!

Renegade30 Thanks! I was thinking that as well! I almost always wear a headlamp while I work on projects, so I thought it'd be fun to clamp a GoPro to it and get some footage of what I do in a first perspective!

Really enjoy your videos, thanks for this. Would love it if you could fo a video tour of all your russian synths. Anyway, was wondering if you could please tell me where I could buy a midi retrofit for one of these and perhaps an Altair 231? I have completely scoured the internet and have had no luck. Many thanks.

You have some new toys since I last watched your channel. You should try taping one of the J-wires off and work out why there are two :)

is it easy to add midi ? im connecting an arturia keystep to my ritm2 because it has implemented cv gate yet it doesnt work always correctly.... maybe midi would be more stable? also i think some knobs doesnt work correctly. do you have any suggestion about what to do to give it a general service? is it easy to check and see what is wrong?

continuing my internal monologue, heres some more tips about tuning if you run into issues, also what the temperature pot means. forum.vintagesynth.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=53021 So basically tune one octave so its perfect with R18 then turn R193 to tune the perfect octave for the octave shift switch on panel.

TUNED, sort of. when i run it off cv the octaves are still a bit of, but aslong as i stay in the same octave its fine. Further experimenting needed.

I know these machines look really cool, but I still don't understand why you use them instead of VST plugins on a PC. Seriously, can that synthesiser even sidechain?
