Hi friend! The luxury convenience store reminded me a little bit of the airport stores. A little bit of everything! How do you learn of these places? omg when you squeezed that glass - lol - that would be great for camping. I was thinking the same thing, when you said look at all this bougie water. ha ha! Well, my niece came for a week and we had a lot of fun hanging out. She wanted to see the Chihuly glass museum in Seattle - and that was really amazing. She also wanted to visit this biscuit restaurant downtown near Pike Market called Biscuit Bitch. ha ha but it was really good. Then I dragged her through Pike Market with the rest of the tourists. What we didn't plan on was the All Star Baseball games going on in Seattle which made it pretty crowded. But we got to see a few famous bb players. We also visited Uwajimaya, which is a famous Asian market here - we had such trouble pronouncing it that we made up funny names for it. Found quite a few goodies and treats I've seen in your stores! I finally got to watch them make Taiyaki and eat it fresh. We also had Korean BBQ - that was my first time and a lot of fun! This was in Chinatown. On other nights, we just ate out at whatever sounded good to us at the moment. We visited the Kubota Japanese Garden and generally just ran around goofing off. Hope everything is well with your family and it starts cooling down for you!

Hi friend!! It's so nice to hear from you! I am so, so, so happy to hear about your wonderful time with your niece! All the places you went to seem so much fun especially Biscuit B!tch hahaha Pike Market and Korean BBQ. I see Uwajimaya a lot in itsJudyslife's vlogs lol. I looked up Kubota Japanese Garden and it looks so lush and beautiful! How did you like Korean BBQ?

@@adoboramen I thought that there was only one Uwajimaya here, but we have three! So next time I'm in the area, I'll try and stop by. I loved the Korean BBQ - remember we had bulgogi and park belly, but I don't recall what the other two were. We tapped out pretty soon - lol. It finally rained yesterday after about a month without - so the grass and everything really needed it. 💚

Bulgogi and pork belly sound so good! I wish more rain for you and your garden. It has been so hot over here but I'm thankful because it could be worse. 💚

@@adoboramen Hope you had a great weekend! We did! Our car club did a parade! It's an annual parade in Seattle called the Seafair Torchlight parade. Great fun. We only got one day of rain this past month. It is usually dry and warm for several months. It has been between 75 - 80 F I'm happy with it! Yes, it could be worse. I'm so glad I don't live in Arizona or Texas. I can't imagine dealing with that. I don't do well in heat. Be happy and healthy friend! 😺
