I think the coaching house was The White Hart. It was an important coaching inn, just left of Franklin's house.

The Sessions House (theatre) is currently undergoing a full refurbishment to bring it back to it's former glory, with a museum, coffee shop, reinstatement of the theatre and preserving the building for future generations.

I loved watching this and thank you. Its clear the place cast a spell on you as it did me for a while. That died when I lost my brother Allen who had the book shop opposite the PO and picture knook. Now I see the place and memories cast from my heart, happy to have escaped to Wales.

I remember Allen and his book shop. I am sorry to hear of his passing. The place also changed for me when my partner Andy left and I moved away to Norfolk. We did get back together in 2020 but sadly he also died last year 💔 If you lived in the Spilsby area you may have known him as ‘Handy Andy’. We lived there from 2091 - 2010 💖
