Join David Junga, RRT, PAS, in this essential guide on How To Make A Towel Roll: designed specifically for Pulmonary Rehab, Senior and Posture Therapy exercises. Proper Posture is essential for better breathing!
The Purpose:
You will use your towel roll with many of our Pulmonary Rehab and Posture Therapy exercises to strengthen and stabilize your lower body muscles. These muscles are used for doing everyday activities such as walking, stair-climbing, getting in/out of the shower or car, chair, toilet etc. while simultaneously reducing the workload on the lungs and the heart. Doing exercises in a seated position will really strengthen your legs but not make you too short of breath. It's win/win!
