9:16 part-1 Vittal Mandir is vey old. There is a interesting story about the idols there.The beautiful idols are swayambu idols. Once Lakshman mama went to Pandaripur, and was having bath in Chandrabaga river.When he took a dip, that is when he immersed his head under water, something hit his head on the side. Lakshman mama when he came up looked and found the beautiful idol of Lord Vittala. Happily he brought it home as a blessing from Lord Vittala. Then he went to Baba and told about everything what has happened and how he got the beautiful idol of Vittala and he he told Baba ‘ I am going to keep this idol in my temple’. At that time the temple was not quite there. Baba got angry and said where is my Lakshmi.

Baba got angry and said where is my Lakshmi.Baba often called Godavari, Ganga and Rukmini as Lakshmi. So Lakshman mama was little confused he didn’t know how he can get the idol of Rukmini. Then Baba told go back exactly to the same place where you found Vittala and you will find Rukmini there. Lakshman mama had full faith in Baba’s words he went back on Horse back to the banks of Chandrabaga. There at a particular point he found that the Horse wasn’t willing to move front, the horse was not willing to take even a step forward. Then he realized this must be the place where i will find Rukmini, he got off from the horse and in the sand where the horse was standing, he dug a little, there he found a beautiful idol of Rukmini. He brought back the idol to Shiridi. Then Baba laughed and said ‘arey mama , go and place Vittal- Rukmini together’. Thus the temple of Vittal Rukmini came to fruition ❤️Jai SaiRam ❤️
