We used to watch Tennessee Ernie Ford back in the early 60s. He was on I Love Lucy a few times too. Ate Swanson TV dinners. Mostly Turkey. Then Mom saved the trays and used them to make her own frozen dinners. Mom used to have to defrost the freezer. Glad we don't have to do that anymore. We had a 1959 Buick Electra. Black with red interior. Nice car. I was born in 1959.

That was really good . Old magazines are such an interesting read especially the adverts and the earlier the magazine the more amusing the adverts are concerning what they thought as safe .
