I love Hastings and Bexhill and I've lived in both places. I live in East Anglia now, but I'm trying to go down for events like Jack in the Green, The Pirate weekend, I go with my kids and dress up and for the Bonfire procession. I'm going to Hastings on Thursday can't wait. You should take your son for the Pirate weekend, lots of pirates in Hastings dressing up.

@@thetravellingwhibleys9870 The Pirate weekend is between the 20th-23rd of July this year, so me and my kids, 20 and 12, will head down to Hastings on the train after my son finishes high school for the summer. Heading down by train

Did you go on the Jack in the Green celebration? There's always loads of bikers every year and this year, it was their 40th celebration doing Jack in the Green

We did end up there but there was no parking so we went on the Bexhill
