Of course Mr. Kim and I love all of your journals. We made a journal out of Trader Joe’s bags because they are really sturdy. Inside is all of their labels and stickers that they have. Really enjoying how this journal has been progressing. Would love to see you assembling journals from the start like you did with the rust journal. Since we really can’t go out yet here love using what we have around the house for inspiration. Kimchi loves the house vids, except for the 🐿!

Poor Mr. Kimchi and the squirrels. Vern Marshall Fleming (a.k.a. Mars) does not like the squirrels either. Well, he has a love-hate relationship with them. They stand at the storm door and taunt him until he lunges at the storm door. Then Mars will saunter away like he didn't do anything silly. Hi Lynn. I love this journal. It's so "JUNKIE"!! I bought the same chocolate from Tuesday Morning. I got different labels. I think mine are birds. I put them in the bag with all my junky stuff. I thought one day I would try making a true junk journal. I don't know when that will be---but someday, maybe. I really enjoy watching you work in your journals. I look forward to those videos. I would love to see another tutorial on how you make the signatures that are attached with fabric. Does that make sense?? It doesn't really sound like it does. Anyway...Big hugs Linda

Hello! Thank you so much for watching and for commenting! I love working with trash. I also have a limited budget as far as bringing new craft items and materials into my life. As you already know, there is something very freeing about relying on what you find and what comes to you naturally. I tend to look down all the time, for treasures, rusty things, paper, etc., so yes I always look. I love that you've highlighted the fact that events and parks would be a great place to look with purpose! ❤

For us new people please tell each time what you used to make your lovely journals. This one is my favorite one so far. Also turn your glue upside down in a coffee cup and it will always be ready to use when you need it. Hope that helps.

I have just found your channel and enjoyed this video so much! I’m in the process of getting signatures for my own junky junk journal arranged and your amazing journal has really inspired me! As a little anecdote, the other day I went to Hobby Lobby and found the 90% off clearance section and got some amazing stuff for cheaper than Dollar store prices. At the register the cashier wrapped up lots of stuff in that paper and I couldn’t wait to get out my watercolours and stencils and make background papers!
