The Anglican Church or the Church of England is not The Roman Catholic Church although the parallel in all religious denominations are traumatic worldwide.

The rate of abuse within the church is the same as for general society. Despite the propaganda, it is not exclusive to the Catholic church or any other church. The rates are far higher in state schools and foster care.

They present themselves as the voice of morality and preach to the rest of us from the standpoint of smug superiority, while simultaneously condoning and performing disgusting acts against children. The statistics don't matter here, it's the hypocrisy.
