20 acres not bad, house needs a renovation/ up date as well as the pool area , but at $5.5M should be doable for who ever buys it.

Definitely NOT my favourite BUT... there are lots of things to like. What shocks me is that to rebuild this almost anywhere on 20 acres would cost at LEAST 2x, likely more. However, if you look closely, you can see where they cut costs. For example, those slide glass patio doors are inexpensive and the kind you see on $250K homes.
