Your life is so similar to the descriptions of my mom & Pamaw, while my family lived back South in W.V & N.C.). They moved out west (WA state) before I was born. It's nice to hear reminders of their lives. Mom had a "follower" in W.V. It sure sounded like a cryptid. Scared her every time it spoke, when she was out wildcrafting😬

Even the properties near the LBL have eerie things in the woods.. Whether I was a kid or an adult, I couldn't stand being outside after dark with our house being surrounded be dark woods.

Happy Late Birthday, SF10! Enjoyed hearing your stories, though I was scared for you too. I’ve got a story. I’ve lived alone 40+ years, and am used to solitude. A couple years ago, I kept having the sensation of someone in the room with me. Nothing I could pin down, just quiet breathing at the edge of my hearing, stuff like that. For some reason, I kept automatically looking up then ignoring it as if it weren’t there. It seemed across the room for a while, then seemed to move to a chair closer to me and sit down. Finally it got up, and I heard “Boo!” right next to my ear. Then it left through the front door. I didn’t feel any hostility (there’s been LOTS of that in my past, I know the difference.) My best guess is it wanted me to know it had been there. I have since come to believe there are lots of beings, some friendly and some hostile, who can cloak and move through objects and even open portals to get around. Perhaps we have that ability too and are unaware of it, I don’t know. My being harassed by evil things for the most part ended when I learned to ask God for help; they still try occasionally but are always chased away when I turn to God. I have no doubt something was in the room with me, just as I have no doubt in what you experienced. Glad you met so many good folks that you can share your experiences with. I’d love it if you come out of your disguise with us, but either way, your stories are always fascinating and a treat to hear. Thanks for sharing them with us. 😊

Hey South Force 👋 Those centipede looking bugs caught in your pictures are not bugs. They are called Skyfish or Rods. They are extraterrestrial. Ive seen many and have videos of them. I didn't know the name people call them when discovered them a handful of years ago while at my house. I had to do my own research on them because i wanted to know what they were. They are either "vehicles" for the "little ones" that live in the treetops or they are an alien being flying about in our skies. They've been here for a long time. Oh i forgot to mention. Those that don't believe in aliens/ufos, or the little people/protectors of the trees or forests and so on will say these are just bugs. I mean they do look like bugs, but i think that's what their saposta look like to be able to hide from us humans.

Yes I recall a team of scientists exploring this cave in South America where the Rods were flying in and out of, some of them were smaller and some were about 7 feet long. They are electromagnetic beings that seem to be comprised of pure energy.

Thank you for your channel! So I have been nervous about posting this, but here goes. I don't live but an hours drive away from you SF10. When my brother and I were, children, our room was in the basement. It had bunk beds on one end and a sliding door to the patio on the other. My brother would always go out to pet the dog before he went to bed. On this night, when he came back in, he looked absolutely terrified. He was so scared his lips were white. He said there was a little man with big eyes that was standing at the corner of our house watching him. I immediately ran out to the patio, and I heard it hit the creek behind my house at a full run. It was up the ridge in 30 secs, moving faster than any human could. Fast forward to the 90s. My mom had died and my father had remarried he was still living at that house. On this night, he had the windows open, which look out on the front yard. He heard something on two legs moving past our house and quickly moving thru our yard to the back. He went to the backdoor and got outside in time to hear something run up the ridge, and when it got to the top, it screamed so terrifyingly that his new wife made them move to Knoxville. She said she would never go there again. A few years later, after my wife and I built across the road, I started hearing screams and moans in the night. They were paralyzing. So scary you didn't want to move. Now I'm getting weird things happening again. I don't know what to think. Something is not right...

Can't say on the mountains, I am literally currently living on top of a mountain 😆 but yeagh, about end of June me and some friends hiked up to Mt.Leconte. we were in the area 😉 was a great hike to and fro. I have only recently been going down Bigfoot//Dogman rabbit holes and know of the “Land Between the Lakes” area in that context. Even more recently found out the LBL was created after WW2 when a couple of dams were built to turn the rivers into elongated lakes. I was wondering if there was any spookiness in that area when it was just “land between the rivers” before it became “between the lakes”. While you alluded to it in the affirmative I was wondering if there as anything more definitive and specific you could tell us, maybe in a future episode? The internet was a little tight-lipped and I couldn’t find much about the pre-lakes spookiness era. Anyway, thanks for giving us feedback from your experience, and bless you for your diligent work.
