Hi! :) It totally depends on how my mental health is + how much I need to get covered. But I do 4 hours total, minimum per day; six, maximum. I only have two subjects every sem, and my study times are spread during the week. :) Re: egg sandwich--would like to share a bit of a recipe tweak: Instead of mashing the egg, I chop my egg as finely as I can. And then add the mayo, as per usual, and then grated quick melt cheese and finely ground pepper. Et voila! Total game changer--ang sarap, promise! :) PS. On a bad mental health day (pero kailangang mag-aral), I study for 1-2 hours. Any more than that, babagsak na utak ko.

Get a 7-8 hour sleep no alarms count your sleep time (i.e sleep at 10pm wake up at 5-6am for 7 to 8 hours) Excercise and productivity will spike to max
