Diet coke is my favorite out of all of them. However the aspartame inflames your arthritis making it worse. Then when you go off the aspartame you'll hurt pretty bad for about a week. So I just have one regular soda a day. The the rest of the time I drink body armor.

first came across your videos on the internet, where you were making Korean food as a foreigner. I was interested in seeing how you made Korean cuisine. And in the videos, the sound of you quietly preparing the food gave me a healing sensation, so I find myself watching them often. I will continue to support you and make sure to watch them frequently!

There’s another KZbinr who makes food without saying anything. Her channel is Early American. She makes food from the early 1800s the way they would have made it. Doesn’t say a word! It’s super relaxing.

I rarely make anything these days but I wanna try making it

I have a few tips. Here in Belgium we fry fries twice. The first time the inside will be cooked. After about 5 minutes at 284F, they can be removed to cool a bit, until you've baked everything for the first time. The second time they only have to be in it for 1 to 2 minutes to have a crispy outer layer, at 356F. don't forget that the fries must first be room temperature before you fry them a 2nd time. Goodluck :D

Try broiling your fries. They become super crispy but not greasy, let alone the kitchen doesn't stink. I put them in the oven medium high at max temperature (c. 250 C, which is 480 F) for about 40 minutes, and then just under the broiler for another 20, tossing them every 5 minutes or so. PS 🐶

Yup, this person is right! Boil them, if you wanna get really fancy, put them on a tray and freeze them for a while, then fry them at high heat (400 F or the equivalent in C), and they will come out super crispy. They tend to float when they're done. Season after. Loved your video and wish you well with your future fry endeavors!

When frying potatoes your best bet is to fry to cook at a medium -medium high and then remove, heat to high and flash fry for a nice golden crispy color. Baking soda is fantastic for adding to the water when parboiling potatoes and then frying or baking them!

With poutine I always just cook the fries in the oven! 400 degrees for about 18 minutes with some olive oil and seasonings. Then you just put the curds and gravy on top - it tastes just as good and is healthier than deep frying :)
