Today's Sunday cooking is a very special one because we would like to dedicate this episode to our wonderful Miss Samoa who was crowned the Miss South Pacific 2025. Back to Back wins 🏆 from Samoa. A big congratulations to all the contestants from around the pacific for the tremendous effort but also for a marvelous display of the diversity in our cultures. Malo lava❤️
Today's menu is our umu ulu (breadfruit) which is still in season and some taro, Luau mamoe and Luau niu, faiai elegi, roast lamb and also lamb stir fry. Watch as I show how you can get away with cooking some great food with cheap cuts of meats that's available in Samoa, thus saving money but also cooking a banger of a meal.
