Done many flights in the 1900D. Its actually much quieter than some older props such as the Saab 340.

in 2018 I went to Milan with this same company, and at that time there was a flight attendant, and a breakfast service in the morning (hot drink, croissant and orange juice) and a light meal for the evening flight (baguette sandwich and a drink). I did not at all appreciate the lack of presurization in the cabin, which caused severe pain in my ears

Actually cabin attendant and in-flight service were provided on the flight back. I had info that not on all flights the cabin attendant was available and anyway not mandatory as per regulation. However, on flights where the cabin attendant was not present, I heard that the in-flight service is self service, but that was not the case on my flight.

Yes I watched his review on Neos 787. However, MXP is not farther than some of other major airports from the city.
