A VanLife day grocery haul and visiting Manasota Key Florida

I grabbed some groceries and headed to Stump Pass Beach State Park on Manasota Key in Florida! We spent the morning exploring outdoors, and relaxed in the van after having some lunch. #solofemalevanlife #vanlife #campervan #traveldestinations #manasota #floridakeys

A very nice place to visit. Your dog seemed to like it too. Btw...that planet oat creamer actually has almost 1 teaspoon hidden sugar. Because there is no fiber to cancel out the 1st carb number at 4g, the carbs turn into starch=sugar. 1 teaspoon= 5 grams. So in actuality 1 serving of that creamer has almost 2 teaspoons sugar! Nutrition labels are up front about the added sugars, but don't tell the whole story. Unfortunately, food products are full of hidden sugars. And those hidden sugars add up at the end of the day. Just by keeping my daily teaspoons of sugars to 8-10, hidden and natural, I lost 30 lbs. It was amazing, pounds just kept coming off! The book on this is called The Skinny Gut diet. Hope this can help someone struggling with weight who's eating right and still can't see it on the scale. It's frustrating I know. But there's hope in sight. Believe me, I know.

This video was a suspenseful and nailbiter first the suspense, whether or not you got the right creamer and then a walk Down a trail in a state park to the beach, where you never know what kind of wild animal could be lurking around each turn glad to see you and were able to make it out of there safely and were able to enjoy your meal

The "Keys" are lovely! one of my most favorite quick getaways. ;-) Glad you made it safely and good job with the OJ immune boost. if you drive back up on the gulf side do a pass through of Bonita Springs, Sanibal Island Fort Myers Beach area. beautiful sites, sounds and serenity. my private campsite is further north of Tampa so that area is also a fun getaway.
