As a longtime Nuggets fan, Jokic is hands down my favorite player for the franchise I've ever gotten the pleasure to watch. He's a cheat code. He's basically Neo in The Matrix. You cant double team him because his passing, but you also can't not double team him because of his scoring and ability to abuse anyone 1v1. Just look at the Bucks game 2 nights ago. Milwaukee had no answer for him and he picked them apart while only going at like 80% effort. Your only option is to hope he has an off game that night. I truly believe he will have a Dirk like playoff run and bring Denver a championship very soon.

Thats what I try to keep telling Embiid fanboys who say "eMbIiD's tHe mOsT dOuBLe tEaMeD pLaYeR iN tHe LeAgue". They can't seem to comprehend that Jokic is SO good that doubling/tripling him is just as bad, if not worse than singling him, and just as you said, only thing that can slow Jokic down is an off shooting night...at which point he'll still dish out assists.

Denver has to realize that Joker could become one of the best players ever (Jokic is first in PER and BPM in NBA history right now) and actually give him solid and consistent teammates and then Denver easily has a title

@@andisar98 Denver made their win now Trade last year to get over the hump. And that 4 man group of Jokic, Murray, AG, MPJ was smacking teams for 3 weeks before Jamal went down. All they need is health. They have the pieces.

I don't think there is a better all-round player in the league, than Joker. He is elite in sooo many things, there are better shooters, maybe better scorers too, and better defensive players, but he has the whole package by himself.

Hoping everything will come together this season. If he, Murray and the rest can stay healthy the skys the limit. They picked up a couple nice young talent, Bones in for his second season, Deandre Jordan gives them rebounding off the bench. Lately MJP has been trash, I hope he shakes his funk. Joker's greatest asset is his mind. He's playing chess while everyone else is playing checkers
