A very chatty Traveler's Factory Haul! ✨ Tokyo + Kyoto flagship stores ✨

I went to Japan in January and spent an incredible amount of time and money at the Traveler's Factory Tokyo Station and Kyoto flagship stores. This is everything I got!

I use the Kyoto edition TN as my daily carry for 2023 as I got it for myself for Christmas in 2022! The blue comes out more as you use it and it does scratch as all TNs do, but it doesn't wear super easily 😊 I find the blue TN covers don't scratch as easily as the camel. Thanks for sharing your haul! I hope my comment may encourage you to use the Kyoto edition from day to day. If you're worried, you can put it in your train cotton pouch! Sometimes, I put mine in the cotton pouch, but most of the time I just chuck it in my bag and go. It brings me so much joy to see it everyday as I'm using it, and I think you'll enjoy the cover more as you use it! Also, the rose foiling is tougher than it looks! I was worried about it wearing off too easily but as of September 2023 from daily use since December 2022 my foiling has hardly any wear. Don't be afraid to enjoy it!

I'm going back to Japan again next year so I'll bring my Kyoto edition out then!

I just did the same thing last week! The Kyoto store is amazing. I got the Kyoto edition standard size and the Kyoto band charm. Stamped all my refills too, hehe. Also got a coin purse since there's so much cash to deal with in Japan! Hope you had a great trip.

It was a lovely trip, thank you!! I’m so happy to hear that stamping everything is a universal experience haha. I felt kinda bad taking forever at the stamp station when some people only did two and left 😅 I was so, so tempted by the coin purse too but decided to get the crossbody bag instead. I’ve been loving it! 😊

Beautiful haul! I noticed the insert to your beautiful special edition notebook said the leather was blue but you said it was black. I think it’s blue but just looks black, right? 🤍

Thank you! You're totally right - it's blue and I just said black 😅 It's a nice deep blue that *can* look black in some lighting but it's definitely blue.

I did a similar thing. Went way overboard the first time I ordered Hobonichi. I would definitely do the same in the Traveler’s Fsctory.

I'm about to do the overboard thing with Hobonichi for the 2024 lineup year.😅 I thought this year was my overboard year with Hobonichi because I have an Original, Cousin Avec, AND two Weeks, but these were collected over the course of months. Next year, it's gonna be Hobonichi covers galore!!

I did end up buying the ONE PIECE Hon! Also bought the ONE PIECE Weeks and the A6 Sunny-Go cover! SUUUPER in love with them!!
