Flooded in Florence county SC lots of pockets of area flash floods accidents cars and trees.. my place flooded not in home but dry ground more then a mile away, yard has about 4 inches to 3 foot of water ... no dry ground at all I'm on a river , river above flood stage by 2 foot currently crested this morning at 16 foot.

A watch is a watch, not a warning. I'm from Ohio and tornadoes there are hard core. While I lived in western NC , I saw very many funnels on radar, but 99.9 % never touch down. Similar to Florida, where I currently live. I've seen quite a few in sky, seldom a touch down. Nevertheless... bring plenty of supplies to your safe spot. Don't freaking wait. Food, drinks , pet food if you have any, keep pets with you to dodge if you aren't in safe spot already. Nothing sucks more in a panic to grab everything within a few minutes risking your life.... been there, done it.
