They are so pretty. I dnt have success with these very small variety of leaves. I so totally feel u. I cant give away succulents. You are generous. And am sure your friends will enjoy this gift. I hope the babies grow up in to fat chubby adults.

how do you differentiate e. san carlos from e. secunda? i'm trying to source san carlos in malaysia but many sellers doesnt seem to have san carlos

Echeveria Runyonii San Carlos have slight frilliness on the edge of the leaves and paler in color than secunda. Secunda is greener and leaves edge is rounder with no frills.
