Microwave rice..1 cup of rice 2 cups of water salt.. cook for 20 minutes

I literally went to the UK for a brief visit (I now live in Portugal) and brought crumpets in my bag back home as a treat. I really miss them. I know one can do them at home, but without the molds, they never get airy like they should. :( I need to try making aluminium/foil molds. Loved the video and the ideas.
