Hi Samantha!! I get really bad aura migraines (they run on my moms side of the family) and we've learned that once you first start realizing that you're getting a migraine, like the moment you realize it's starting, slamming down some caffeine and ibuprofen helps it not progress:) at least for me anyway. Sending you love, aura migraines are THE WORST

About the skincare part, I struggled with HORRIBLE cystic acne for 8 years (HS into adult life) i used very nice, dermatologist recommended acne treatments, ate very healthy, drank TONS of water and nothing helped. I started washing my face with baby wash and use a vitamin C serum to help the scars and face lotion (with sunscreen in the morning and without at night) and my skin is ridiculously clear now. If you have sensitive skin like i do just try scentless baby soap.

Go to a dermatologist about your scalp! I used to have really bad dry scalp (it’s not dandruff if it’s skin flakes btw) and my dermatologist prescribed me a medicated shampoo to use twice a week and a serum to use whenever my scalp is itchy. I was diagnosed with dermatitis on my scalp and my symptoms are pretty much the exact same as yours.

I feel you when it comes to migraines. I suffer from chronic migraines. They started when I was 17 and I’m now 24. Over the years they’ve gotten worse and worse to the point I have too almost everyday, I have to nap for a few hours every day always around the same time for them to go away. Painkillers don’t work either. Mine are triggered by caffeine, sounds, muscle tension in my back/neck and sleeping more than 8 hours or sleeping less than 5 hours. It’s very unusual and not even the doctors can figure out what’s wrong other than it is genetic because my mum also suffers from chronic migraines

I have found that when you get rid of things, really get them out of the house, out of the car and off to a new home it leaves space for new things and new energy. So even though you cleaned out your closet, those clothes were kind of stuck in limbo. and you also felt very stuck in your life.nhowever now that they are gone I bet you'll see a difference in your mood and energy in a few days.

Try some blue light glasses for your migraines while you're watching any screen! That has cut mine by like 90%. Also, I had scalp psoriasis and I figured out I was allergic to mints and tea tree! Have you changed shampoo? Tea tree, menthol, peppermint, spearmint, see if you use anything with that. My younger sister had the same flare up and hers was due to aloe vera.
@gracieconley19542 жыл бұрын
About the dandruff. My hair lady said to mix in baking soda with my shampoo and it has completely changed my scalp. Highly recommend trying it. I would advice washing with just shampoo after and then also not putting it on your ends cause it would definitely dry them out!

I only use water to wash my face unless I've been sweating or in a super dusty dirty area, then I'll using a gentle cleansing wipe. Tbf my skin is pretty well regulated oil-wise and I don't wear makeup, but this process has worked for me and I rarely get breakouts, and those are due to extenuating circumstances

my mom has psoriasis and i know that it's an autoimmune condition that can be hereditary (it can develop at any point in your life and can often be triggered by stress or by foods that aggravate it further). my mom also uses the psoriasis honey brand and i think she likes it, she has a cream/balm from them too she uses. try not to pick or mess with it or else it'll feel more irritated, and in addition to moisture helping, things that are anti-inflammatory can help (things like honey, neem oil, aloe vera, etc.) the best advice i have would be if it's causing you concern (especially any pain or discomfort), and if you're able to afford it, seek out a dermatologists opinion for a legitimate diagnosis. hope this helps!!
