Udon is purely Japanese. Noode is thicker and the ingredients uses only wheat flour, salt and water and the soup is of Japanese soy-sauce based style. Ramen is a Chinese derived dish. Noodle may have egg or Lye water in it to get that chewy texture.

To add to what the other commenter said, the soup bases are completely different and they have different toppings too. Like this delicious looking beef and burdock root topping.
