PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE ATTEMPTING DISASSEMBLY: If you use this video as a guide (like the company says you should) PLEASE be very careful with the little blue prying tools when prying the screen off at THE BOTTOM RIGHT CORNER of the phone. In fact, just stay away from that part of the phone when opening the screen. The small blue picks will sever the screen cable, which is looped right next to the screen joint. You'll completely hose your screen and need a new one. Learn from my mistakes. Now I'm out $120 for a new screen...neat. @iFixit really needs to be extremely clear about this if this is intended to be a helpful video
