A VERY REALISTIC SHOW VLOG…..Horses aren’t machines!

Hey guys!
Hope you enjoy this very realistic show vlog, showing that we don’t always have good days! My riding wasn’t the best and with a bit of a sore shoulder Brian just couldn’t comfortably help me out like he usually would try his best to😢
I just want to normalise that bad days come with the good and theres absolutely nothing wrong with it as were certainly not perfect and our horses are allowed to have their off days!

The challenge of competing, well done for a reality check as many people may think you just take them to a show and magically you get rosettes, sadly life isn't always perfect but as long as you are both well there is always another day xx

possibly he gave himself a little fright with the first stop, or maybe the sudden stop made his shoulder a bit twingey? As you say though, some days just don't go to plan! Our horses aren't machines, but neither are WE! Having an off day isn't a reason to beat yourself up either x

Thanks very much! Yes we thought the same thing, the first stop was completely my fault and maybe he just wasn’t feeling so confident and with his shoulder being a bit sore he wasn’t happy going on a deep one in the next class! It is what it is though, onwards and upwards 🤞🏼
