Summarizing for those of you who want it handy! Ingredients - 30 ml milk (not boiled), 30 ml potato and carrot juice (from grated portions), 1 tsp(5ml) almond or virgin coconut oil, 30 gm licorice powder (adhimadhuram/iratti madhuram). Mix together, pour in ice tray and freeze. Wrap one ice cube in a thin cloth and massage in a circular motion in areas with melasma and entire face for 20 mins. Do this regularly for at least 30 days to see a difference. Please watch for more specifics from the doc. Thanks doctor.

പാലിൽ ചെമ്പരത്തി പൂവ് വീട്ടിൽ ലുള്ള റോസാ പൂവ് തെറ്റി പൂവ് രണ്ട് മൂന്ന് ബദാം കുതിർത്തത് ഇത് എല്ലാം നന്നായി അരച്ച് ഇരട്ടി മധുരവും കൂടി ചേർന്ന് ഒരു നുള്ള് കസ്തൂരി മഞ്ഞൾ കൂടി ചേർത്ത് നന്നായി പുരട്ടിയാൽ പഴക്കം ഉണ്ടായിരുന്ന എൻ്റെ മുഖത്തെ പാട് നന്നായി മാറി. കണ്ണിലെ കറുത്ത പാടും മാറി. ഇത് പാക്ക് ആയിട്ടാണ് ഞാൻ ഉപയോഗിച്ചത് ഇതിൽ ശഖ്പുഷ്പം തുളസിയില ഇവയും ഞാൻ കിട്ടുമ്പോൾ ചേർത്തിരുന്നു. ഇതിടും മുൻപ് ഓട്സ് പച്ചരി ചുമന്ന പരിപ്പ് പയറ് പരിപ്പ് ഇവ പൊടിച്ച പൊടി യോഗർട്ട് ൽ മിക്സ് ചെയ്തഇട്ട് കുറച്ച് കഴിഞ്ഞ് കഴുകി കളഞ്ഞതിന് ശേഷമാണ് ഈ പാക്ക് ഇട്ടത് നല്ല മാറ്റം ഉണ്ടായി try ചെയ്ത് നോക്കും

U r really great Mam. I was just thinking of it, and u put a video on this topic. I am 48 and i got black mark like butterfly shape since 7-8 months. ഇത് ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട് - ഇരട്ടിമധുരം +potato + milk + oil - ഒരു കുറവും കണ്ടില്ല - 3 മാസം Continuous ആയി ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരുന്നു. കാരറ്റ് juice മാത്രം ചേർത്തിരുന്നില്ല
