DO NOT SHOP with Southwest Indian Foundation! For years, we have supported SWIF. This year we ordered very special gifts for family members. First, the ordering personnel are RUDE and have little knowledge of the catalog items. Second, my family members still have NOT received their gifts. Third, I have attempted to speak to a representative with customer service. Several messages were left. NO ONE CALLED ME BACK! Now I call and the call is abruptly ended. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND SOUTHWEST INDIAN FOUNDATION. BUYER / DONOR BEWARE!
