A very specific problem with Adobe Premiere.

I have a problem, please help me if you can ... I put the adjustment layer then I put a directional blur, then I create another adjustment layer and put it on top, next i put another effect like automatic contrast, and when this 2 adjustment layer fit together, the video comes out of the center, in short, it moves to the top right of the video.
