paradox seems to have a track record of outsourcing work to studios that crunch out unsatisfactory products like DLC stuff or imperator rome, but bloodlines 2 has to be their biggest plunder so far. we don't even know how bad it is yet since they've released no updates since february

It was completely politically motivated they wanted to inject their woke identity politics into it and Brian was having none of it. Getting rid of Brian Mitsoda and his team was the worst thing they ever could have done.

Time for the Deb of Night compilation on KZbin, where Brian has some funny lines and scenes aswell. I miss his writing and character design in games - the player character's friend showing up later in Bloodlines 1 was such a genious move and scene to remember again, that your character had a life before becomming a vampire, and to put it right before the game goes into really crazy whirlwind of shockers was perfect timing.

i was never so hyped for a game when i first found out Bloodlines 2 is coming out, but the whole deal with Paradox and Hardsuit left me bitter about the whole affair. This game got dragged through idiotic ego battles and greedy corporate schemes, it deserves much better than this clown show.

i think there was a forum post which explained that as far as i remember they blamed the guy for sexual harassment in work place something about cheating his wife with some girl in the office as for the developer i heard chinese room(developers of amnesia) picked up the project
