I own both the M1 11 and 12.9. Started with the 12.9 but found it a bit cumbersome to use on the go. I found the M1 11 perfect for travelling in the UK for trains and coffee shops etc but missed the miniLED display. Sat here typing on the new M4 11 and so happy with that choice. I guess for me I found the 12.9 more as a macbook replacement with the limitations of iPadOS but the 11 inch as a complimentary device and basically the modern day netbook or MacBook 12 which you know you can’t do power tasks on but is a great travel device.

Mark how did you find multitasking with the smaller footprint? I really want the 13 and hoping that the thinner and lighter design allows it to be used in tablet mode more. The 11 is perfect for tablet but when docked you can’t beat the extra real estate of the 13… thanks for the Video!

Awesome :) The 11" iPad life is awesome. So portable but still a nice big screen. Will it draw you away from your beloved iPad Mini? Never had a 12.9 or 13" (I liked 12.9 because it differentiated it from 13" MBs) but held a first gen once and it was soooo heavy.

For me, the decision between the 11” and the 13” pivots on your use case. If you primarily work with a keyboard (i.e. a laptop replacement), then the 13” is the one - because of the increased real estate. If, however, your usage is primarily in tablet mode, the 11” is the better choice - it is considerably more portable.

I always loved the FFRR and not so much the Sport personally, I keep saying 'one day' but they are so expensive to run I'm not sure I ever will get one now. Lovely motors though.
