Its our 37th wedding anniversary and we get a gift from Oz. We also take a trip to Skegness and have fish and chips at Trawlers Catch. We have visited most of the fish and chip shops in Skegness and in our opinion, this is one of the best. Large portions and freshly cooked including a great selection of other stuff including burgers and kebabs as well.

I bought my Ring Doorbell from Costco, last year in April. It worked well till September, when I noticed the images were blurred in the evening/ night. What was happening was it was the condensation on the lens. By then I had , had it over a year, I rang costco, all they asked was had I coated the lens with fairy liquid or fogx which I had. There was no quibble, as soon as they received it back, from the courier they sent, the full cost of it was back in my account. Brilliant service from Costco!

Happy anniversary Martin and Sharon, i met my wife on a bus she was 16 and i was 17 and we have been married for 43 years had a son in the first year and a daughter at the third year a gap of 9 years and four more kids, and we bought our council house as well, that fish supper looked great and good value, we have been to Butlins in Skegness twice and loved the area, keep up the brilliant videos.

Fabulous; have you ever cooked a deep fried battered black pudding fritter ? Anyway, my top tip is Icelands 3 for a tenner fish. I normally get 2 bags haddock fillet and one bag smoked haddock. I make a beer batter for the unsmoked haddock and serve with home made shallow fried chips and dry soaked mushy peas. The smoked haddock(foil wrapped with knob butter and pepper, 180 for 30 mins) I serve with buttery mash potato, garden peas and a cheese sauce (freshly made, bechamel base). Good luck, Ive only just joined your channel and find it hillariously "nice". While I,m here, beef stew best with Atora dumplings I find. Good luck and thankyou. Defrost fish gently before cooking(ie not microwave)

It's a long time since I've been to Skeg. I heartily agree, there are some really good chippys there. Tony's is my favourite. Near the clock tower with some covered outside seating. We'd usually spend the full day there so would go to the takeaway next to Tony's, can't remember its name, and start the day with a pork, stuffing and apple sauce bap.

We were last up that neck of the woods when we had a weeks break up in Lincolnshire in 2012. We stayed with our caravan on a little farm site on the edge of a little town between Lincoln and Skeggy called Horncastle, a lovely quaint little town and being now from Devon and originally from London, we couldn't believe the quality of the food and drink there and how much cheaper and good value it all seemed to be. There was some interesting shops in Skeggy Vegas including a goth shop that my daughter was really into at the time but we were really taken with the wonderful oldy worldy feel of Horncastle itself. Our Daughter was a teenager at the time and found a pub there in Bridge street called the Fighting Cocks, she found that hilarious, great little market there too. Would love to get back there one day - you never know. We think we tried the Trawlers Catch when we were in Skeggy, it certainly looked familliar to the one in this clip and it certainly rivalled the best we have down here in Devon and Cornwall.

Congratulations both of you, I love a rant and dont get me going on ring utter useless on my 3rd doorbell and previous 2 the buttons fell off and dont agree having to pay monthly either and i had the same missed payment i was told but i could see it was paid on bank. so i bought a lutec security light with camera so simple and NO monthly payments in my opinion. I must say Sharon looks very interested in your rant great video and very very nice fish and chips
