I like how Cybertron Adventures adds extra context to the War For Cybertron story while telling it's own standalone tale perfectly. One of the better titles on the Wii by far.

You should really do a video on the Ds cybertron game, especially with the unique feel to it,plus it featured a lot of characters who didn't appear in the other cybertro games,like motormaster,hot shot and cyclonus

Yeah! I played that a bunch as a kid, I had the decepticon version. It was more of a brawler/beat ‘em up since it had tank controls and no free aiming.

I loved these games as a kid! I had autobot and my best friend had decepticon. We used to play all the time. I still love the ost and the gameplay is quite solid, even today.

One of the best lines from this game is megatron telling skywarp to focus on the task at hand and if starscream doesn't adjust his attitude he will surely have trypticon fire on him directly

@Kristopher Prime perhaps that could be trypticon's last stand when using his last bit of strength to fight off the autobots again however he eventually lost and would be torn apart as seen in fall of cybertron

@Kristopher Prime well you could say that but in WFC the player first made trypticon fall all the way to cybertron like a meteor and then the player did more damage to him and made him fall deeper and while yes he could have been defeated he still may have had some energy left and this would help to explain how the autobots managed to go from where trypticon was at the end after his fall to being in pieces woth the autobots using the parts for energy

I played Cybertron Adventures before War and enjoyed it as a kid. Sure I felt a little ripped off that it wasn't really like WFC, but I remember enjoying it and if I went back to play it today I'd probably still have a decent time

This too was my first cybertron game, then I got my xbox and then played Fall but this was my first introduction

This game was personally fun for me. I do sometimes not like how underwhelming Megatron’s final level was and that we never had an Optimus vs Megatron battle on whichever campaign, but Trypticon is a stressful boss on the hardest difficulty. The timer can be very strict when each attack really can one shot you, the entire fight only has one checkpoint (at the very start of the fight) and you’re just begging for his health to go down before the timer. Sometimes the fights against the Decepticons even before Trypticon are worse since a single spray or even missile can very well one shot you and bring you all the way back to the start of that segment. This game is alright, the lack of free movement and transformation makes things a but tedious, but it’s a fun game to come back to if you want a simple shooting challenge

Believe it or not this is one of my favorite games of all time. I grew up playing the Wii and by the time I played this I was not a kid so it's not a nostalgic thing. I never got to play war or fall for Cybertron as a kid so this was something that I wanted as soon as I saw it on a store shelf. I like the great writing and challenging levels it all blended together to be arguably in my top 10 favorite video games even if it's not the best game or on the best console.

I remember having this wii version back in 2014 when I was 8, the only level that was very hard for me was the Trypticon level, which makes sense since it was a final boss level, also I remember while I was playing, the wii remote kept messing up my aim, due to the fact that my remote was low on battery and I had to ask my parents to get me some new batteries or I had hold my batteries in the wii remote along with some tape because for some reason I didn't have a plate to cover the batteries in the remote

This game right here I’ve played so much I must have went through both sides of the campaign at least 40 times, multiple of them I cannot recall as I’ve deleted some old not very progressed saves during my time on this game, but I’ve done all difficulties and I gotta say, now trypticon is a cakewalk

​@@RoadRustle and i can imagine either the decepticon campaign coming first then the autobot mission next or vice versa and then either both the last autobot and decepticon mission overlapping chapter 10 together or vice versa overlapping chapter 10 together or heck even just the each individual mission of each campaign being played back to back or vice versa depending on which ever order you go with since like you said there all coherent to each other

This game definitely handle the characters better not saying highmoon studios did a bad job but overall they are handled better and have better chemistry and banter with each other, and it made Trypticon a lot more threatening in this game then war for Cybertron did

Cybertron Adventures was my first Transformers game I've ever played and I got that game on Christmas, along with Sonic Colors and New Super Mario Bros. Wii. While the graphics and cutscenes are impressive for the Wii and the story was well made, but I just stop playing the game during the Trypticon fight. The gameplay Cybertron Adventures isn't bad cuz of being a rail shooter, but the game just hits you with constant barrage of enemy fire, escort missions, and the good awful time limits that feels frustrating, cheap, and unfair and its drastically drags down the experience for me. Luckily, Transformers Prime: The Game is my second Transformers game I've played and man, that game is miles better than Cybertron Adventures.

What i dislike most about this game is mostly these things: The plot has nothing to do with its much better PS3 and Xbox 360 version and the game is made more for kids due to its violence being toned down, when compared to WFC its more like a Saturday morning cartoon! The artstyle of cybertron adventures refelects this with its much more simplistic and cartoony design within the backgrounds and level but the characters weren't changed to fit this artstyle so they look out of place with their more gritty designs from the much more dark and dull War For Cybertron Also, on rails shooters are boring as heck!
