So if the string touches the shell instead of the yoyo during horizontal play, does that mean gyroscopic flops don't work on it? Also didn't realize Roulette had a stall in it until I saw this video. Really unintuitive since you'd actually have to grab the sides of the yoyo for the stall to work.
