The vase can be found on the table in the main guest room you don't even have to open a safe to find it some gold items spawn everywhere on the ground. I got my thermal junk on north ridge military watch tower

In Northridge, a free electronic safe can be found in the cable car station. Edit: another free safe in farm is also found in the crashed money truck near the motel ( usually loot goblins will loot that, so grab it quickly if you spawn near the money truck! ). Edit 2: The best map of arena breakout is northridge, it has the most free flsafes out of all maps, and it ( almost ) has no gunfights, making it the best map ever ( trust me, I ever got warrior's bounty in an encrypted safe in the sawmill. ).
