@@michaeljordan6008 There's an interesting story behind this stunt. They were originally going to do this jump twice--once with B.J. Worth, the other with Don Caldvedt. However, because they got all the sufficient footage with B.J.'s jump, they ended up cancelling Don's jump, much go his disappointment. This led to him and another member of the stunt team doing an unauthorized jump just as the filmmakers were scouting the Eiffel Tower, leading to him getting sacked and the city nearly withdrawing their permits.

Sooo funny. The French taxi driver, sitting in his car drinking wine from a plastic cup, is the classic stereotype thought out by UK/US screenplay writers. Roger Moore tended to be more goofy. Pierce Brosnan was good, but I thought most of his movies were bad, and Daniel Craig is good, but the movies are copying the Bourne Identity a lot (I haven't watched that series, but from what has been said), and are way too long winded. I like that they gave him a more coldblooded personality and some backstory though.

@@boscovilante4068 So do you often randomly check your back mirror to see if a tank is coming your way on a day to day basis ? :D The main danger of the Bond pursuit in a tank was that nobody would see that kind of thing coming because it was too absurd to happen in the first place (since nobody sane would think that kind of think could happen on a random day :P). aka tank chase through city streets :P - The initial shock and disbelief of smth like that happening would slow the reaction times of most of the people and in tight alleys or in fairly large traffic there is usually barely enough room or time to make a corridor for an ambulance (which is proclaiming loudly that it IS coming) So with tank yup - that was way more dangerous since with a car - there might be a collision with other cars or maybe trampling over some people (so injuries , severe injuries or death) - with a tank you will get one flattened car with near certainly dead people inside as a result. Dont get me wrong in this scene there was a lot of reckless driving too but all things considered it was fairly mild :D

@@krzosu I keep an eye on my back mirror yeah. Could be an ambulance there for one example. A convoy of coppers chasing a bank robber perhaps. I may not be so agile if a Renault instantaneously ducks out from a car in front of me and is all hot for a head on collision with me.
