Let's not forget Justin Herbert being the overall 3rd highest paid QB at $262 million and has been hurt with significant regression since 2021 and is 30-33. And then there's Dak Prescott who can't perform in the playoffs and is rumored to reset the market at a guaranteed $60 million/year for 3 years , but Bears fans talk about Fields who's statistically progressed every year and is still on a rookie contract for the next TWO years😂

LMAO, JF1 started in the year they started a complete rebuild with the worst D in the league and the worst O-line in the league in 2022. How is that a recipe for success?! 29th-24th ranked O-line in 2023 and he was still improving. tough for any QB to overcome that disaster, yet he finished the last six games 4-2; very well should have been 5-1 IF not for a dropped TD pass. He's a solid leader, has the respect of his teammates and is improving. If we look at the numbers he's actually improving. Would be crazy to let him walk. IMO JF1 leads the Bears to the Playoffs in 2024.
