A Viewer Leaves A Negative Google Review. Why Do This?

Hello You Tube, it’s Rob from Maxwells Grass Cutting Services, based in the North East of England.
Today’s video. A you tube viewer has left a negative review on my google business page. They said that I over charge customers because of my you tube status. That’s so out of order.

Every business has good and bad reviews!! Some people have no balls ,they hide behind anonymous names!!! I guess it's part of business....u base ur cuts on 16 per season? In CT, USA, I base it on 25 cuts a season...

Rob there are some people out there who hate to see you succeed, but I guarantee they could never go out and do what you do everyday! People don't realise the cost of running a business, it makes me mad when someone says I'm too expensive because seriously, all my prices are calculated to the dot on a spreadsheet so it's not like I even pull numbers out of thin air 🙄

Don’t let it get you down, turn the negative into a positive, leave a really concise and polite answer. Anybody who stumbles across the one star review will see what a great guy you are. Some people have nothing better todo. Sad little lives they have.

as long as you do great work. don't worry about it rob. your work speaks louder than google. i have 9 negative comments from my youtube videos. not bothered me. work still comes in. gets you mad at first mate. karma will come for that person.

they are out there as we have said in past videos its normally customers wanting it for free but when someone who doesnt know you brings it up and the price is got to be right for you and your business not them he wont have insurance or pay tax if he says that is to much or he would try and get the job nice run for him and work to a loss even a Karen is better than that all the best mate

Count the negative reviews against the positive ones Rob and i am guessing the positive ones are ahead. These Trolls have sad little lives and i bet this one lives at home with his mum who is elderly and at age 40 + his laptop is his only friend.

Your Google response is too long. Whittle it down. Not many people will read all that. Saying that I understand why . I would be very angry and peed off it was me so I can understand. The good news 4.9 out of 5 is great and everyone will eventually always get the odd Pratt with issues leaving them a stupid review .
