കണ്ണ് നിറഞ്ഞു പോയി.. 7വർഷത്തോളം ആയി പൊങ്കാല ഇട്ടിട്ട് . നാട്ടിൽ ഇല്ലെങ്കിലും ദേവിയെ സങ്കല്പിച്ചു ഇവിടെ എല്ലാ വർഷവും പൊങ്കാല ഇടും. ഓർമ വച്ച നാൾ മുതൽ കാണുന്ന ഏറ്റവും പ്രിയപ്പെട്ട ഉത്സവം. എത്ര തിരക്കായാലും ദിവസവും ദേവിയെ പോയി തൊഴും. അതൊരു സന്തോഷം തന്നെ ആയിരുന്നു. അടുത്ത വർഷമെങ്കിലും നാട്ടിൽ പോയി പൊങ്കാല ഇടണമെന്ന് ആഗ്രഹമുണ്ട് എല്ലാപേർക്കും ആറ്റുകാൽ പൊങ്കാല ആശംസകൾ.. .
