the reason why it's so hard for you to know to make educational KZbin videos is because of these Fucking Liberal pop history channels like the armchair historian and History Matters,. also respect the work you're doing trying to give a nuanced perspective on the subject that people consider cartoonishly evil is a very good thing for a better view on Historiography anyway hope to see you making new content in the future you deserved that break.

Honestly, I hear what you're saying. On another note, it should be mentioned that KZbin's algorithm has gotten worse over the years that creating content on it has made things more difficult in terms of reaching an audience and views stagnate over time. As we all know, it never used to be like this, and things are changing. For me personally, this has led to me pulling back from doing anything with my channel, the only way I can really reach out to people is usually through live streams, especially since they get thrown straight to the top when browsing through subscriptions. I've always appreciate your content, so I genuinely wish you the best of luck with whatever you do. Honestly, whenever I feel down after dealing with a swath of trolls on many days, I remind myself of all the stuff you have put up with but continue to keep your chin up in defiance, which helps me shake things off and inspire me. Take it easy, we're always here for you whenever you go. Eid Mubarak.

Day 1 of finally saying Wa Alaikum Asalam back, Eid Mubarak and you should be proud to be everything the reactionaries hate! ☪️🚩⚒️👩‍💼 I'd also to add that despite not being a Muslim I fasted for Ramadan for the first time this year (and I plan to do so again). I didn't think did would be easy but it was very difficult, so please take your time to recuperate we'll be patient or at least I will. For any one who hasn't fasted for Ramadan or otherwise I strongly encourage you to do so at least once, it was quite the experience.

We highly appreciate the work you do. Thank you, not only for your commitment to socialism but also for your rigor as a student of history, and for encouraging us to humanize the experiences of socialist experiments. It is valuable. Also, just as a side note, your commitment to collecting Soviet memorabilia is truly inspiring to me, I often find myself thinking I need to start collecting some similar stuff.

My message of support to you, comrade. I can't stress enough the excellence of your work. Your message brings enlightenment, and you are capable of doing it so proficiently. Although what I'm stating might be a matter of secondary importance, I bet that your work has planted a seed in the hearts of many spectators, as you have done to mine. If you excuse me to give my opinion, maybe this is the moment to bring the content creators that put a similar effort together, and devise a plan to transform all this latent potential, resulting from the honest assessment of the socialist struggle, into action. There are so many ordinary problems whose root causes, addressed by scholars for so long, are easy to see at this point in time, that the energy required to shift the balance towards social transformation seems at reach, as long as we assess the battlefield properly and manage to cooperate efficiently. For instance, I notice that the Second Thought and the snippets made at the Breakthrough News and Abby Martin are exceedingly good at addressing the larger context of current issues didactically, which is essential to attract a neutral and left-leaning audience in the first moment (a frontline work). On the other hand, I think that your work suits well an already captive audience, cementing an alternative collective view that will fight the status quo in the long term. I notice that the works of Hakim and similars incorporate characteristics of both groups in different ways. 加油

I really enjoy your content. It's very special and offers a very unique and humanizing way of portraying and documenting life in general and as a Muslim in the Soviet Union. Your work is refreshing because it doesn't rely on the typical Western propaganda. I especially like your videos that explore Soviet fashion and make-up. Fantastic work! Please keep it up!

Your content is consistently excellent no matter what form it takes. Whether short or long it is always educational and inspirational. You highlight topics and subjects that almost no one else does and do it from a very unique perspective using rare and interesting historical sources. Sadly it was only after discovering your channel that i realized what a glaring gap there was in the online communist and Soviet history community. Luckily your content fills that niche perfectly. Eid Mubarak comrade!

And I truly would love to read a book from you.

Eid Mubarak comrade! Follow your heart, it's perfectly fine to temporarily let a project rest, do some other things and then get back to say that writing that book again. As for all the hostility you get to deal with, that sucks. It sounds like those people aren't exactly good at nuanced perspectives, critical thinking or taking a generally positive outlook. Don't let it rub off on you. Easier said than done, but just know you make plenty of people happy with the new insights you provide. Tried to post this 5 times now. YT is acting up or it's triggered by certain keywords? Damn capitalists! lol

Maybe you are engaging with the backlash, with the inhuman, too much, and so you cannot come away with anything other than bitterness and lethargy. Too often people will allow a hundred small kindnesses to go unnoticed but allow every small unkindness to go noticed and pollute their spirit, festering into unhappiness.
