This brings back so many amazing memories of when I went on the Disney Wonder 8 years ago 🥰 Did you know the fireworks Disney use on the ships materialise into fishfood, so they don't pollute the ocean when the remnants drop down into the sea 👏🏼🌊🐟🦀 I only know this as my Husband worked for Disney 🙈 looks like you had an amazing time ❤️

I love this! The collaboration I didn't know I needed between two of my favourite things, Carrie and cruising! (I've been a follower for as long as I can remember and you're somebody I look up to as to how to be a good 'KZbinr' and generally a good human.)😄 Disney are unique in their dining, usually you'll either have fixed dining in the same place everyday, or flexible where you move but the waiters change too So glad you had a great time.

OK now I’ve properly watched it… First off hearing the horn on the ship literally brought tears to my eyes. That water ride on the wish is so much cooler than the Aqua Duck on the Dream. Disney is the first, and I believe only, cruise ship that does fireworks. And BTW, that’s not rain… That’s called liquid sunshine 🤣💜

Moving Restaurants is unique to Disney Cruises. Usually on a cruise there is one main dinning room you eat at every evening but yes you sit at the same table and have same servers every evening.

That ship looks awesome. I adore cruising and can confirm that the experience of having crew that follow you through your sailing makes it a memorable experience! I also love that you were able to experience that with your family. Such an amazing memory! Side note, I really want to know how you filmed that bit on the slide?! Did you stick the phone in a special gadget or did the boat/canoe thingy have a phone holder? Is it a go pro? Genuinely curious!!!

I’m pretty sure that it is a camera put there by the ship crew and then you get the footage from them - I watched a different KZbinr who went on the inaugural sailing and that’s how she explained it

i can only speak for DCL, but yes! all 3 main dining rooms, the buffet, quick service counters, and room service are included. the adults only restaurant plus extra snacks (like popcorn at the movie theater or bar snacks) are basically the only things not included, other than alcohol.

Fun Fact: Disney are 1 of the only cruiselines that can do fireworks as they turn into fish food. I learnt that from Adam Hattan's Disney Dream Vlogs. You're welcome. Despite the fact I can't swim (I know that doesn't really matter), I would love to to go on a Disney Cruise - probably the one that goes from UK to Scandinavia as it's closer. 🙂
