Longtime lurker here. I enjoyed the walk, so pretty. England has some lovely landscapes! I also like how it's accessible from the train station (another nice thing about Europe, being able to hop on a train.)

It can be nice but I don't know if it's just me but I get a lot of flies in my face whenever I go for walks or cycles where I am, to the point where I rarely enjoy it anymore. Maybe I'm just a magnet for them or something?

@@travellinglite Haha, I did swallow one the other day and had that annoying feeling of it being stuck in my throat for almost 2 days! Probably psychological but what an annoyance. I think the recent warm patch of weather keeps them coming back.

I'm sorry but children will not be brought into this channel. They have their own lives to lead. Both are grown up now and live far away, and have done for many years. Like me they like life solo. For all of us life has been tough and I respect their wishes.
