@@MichaelJirochVisualArtist Would've been a lot nicer if you provided some narration for those planning to visit. As it is, it's a collection of pleasant photography, much of which comes off as redundant unless one is completely familiar with the area...

Very different from my visit back in the late 1980s or early 1990s with the retail stores primary in this video. We have in Central New York, the "Buddha" statues (golden in this video) in "non-Asian homes" and Cornell University (with Asians high in engineering) celebrating the Year of the Dragon. Toward Asian ( I grew up in a Polish, Roman Catholic-Pope John Paul II- neighborhood in a rural area), Cornell University hosts the Northeastern Tibetan monastery of the Dali Lama in Ithaca, New York. Michael, great photography, what kind of camera are you using? Looks expensive, like with a steadicam device.

Lovely. You've filmed another spot that I always ride by but never stop and explore. I don't know why that is. Is there any authentic Chinese food there or is it all Americanized? I noticed that in the restaurant you were in the chopsticks were not Chinese but Japanese. I wonder why that is. I imagine it has something to do with them being bought in bulk. Thanks for posting this.

Myrna Fields , Myrna, I am pretty sure the food is very Americanized. This is my very first movie shot in 4K. It is supposed to be 3 x the resolution of my old movies. With my eyes, I can’t tell the difference. I was blistering hot the day I shot this. Usually this area is jammed with people. Not too many there on this day.

That's probably why I like it. I'm weird. I don't usually don't like people in my pictures. As I was watching I noticed how clear and sharp the picture was.

@@BoxingTrainingCA diffentaly not real chinese food. But I will say it's the best Chinese food (Style) that I have ever tasted. I've actually lived in China and have tasted real chinese food. I also lived in El Centro, CA for a bit, so have also tasted Mexicali Chinese food.

Visited Chinatown via a downtown tour of Los Angeles via a city taxi! I was particularly interested due to inquiries on "community integration" regarding individuals with disabilities and their families, and the "whole idea" of assimilation, integration, segregation, Indian reservations, and waves of immigration to ethnic neighborhoods. Quite a push for families hiring their own workers ("ethnicity factors"), and the development of dedicated NGOs in human services (in New York City, "Caribbean services").
