If I remember correctly the western exit leads to the Grande Mosquee de Paris. The entrance fee was 5 euros when I was last there in 2015, so I didn't go in. I always buy the museum pass package, but I don't like all of the other entrance fees. I didn't go into the zoo either for the same reason; plus I've seen enough animals in lock-ups. I don't know if the Grand Mosque allows fotos or videos - probably not, but it would be interesting to see (w/o paying - if you want to keep me out of someplace public just charge an entrance fee). Anyway, great job on your videos, thanks and keep up the good work.

Michael Cox ...gees, I dont remember seeing the Grand Mosque. That doesn’t mean it wasn’t there, I just didn’t see it. I bought the Paris Pass on my first trip to Paris. I bought the 6 day pass...I found myself racing around Paris as fast as I could to see as many sites as possible to justify the expense. But, haven’t done the Paris Pass since. Mainly because I’ve seen it all before.

@@MichaelJirochVisualArtist The museum pass(which I mentioned) is a good deal because you don't wait in lines at the Louvre or d'Orsay etc. no matter how many times you've been there before - the lines for general admittance get longer and longer. With the museum pass you become an aristocrat and pass the plebs (which as a miser I usually have to join). The Grand Mosque is a very large complex at 2bis Place du Puits de l'Ermite, 75005 Paris, France it is at the western exit and was opened 1926.

Yes u are right. One entrance is through Grand mosque. M a muslim and i prayed there. I took some photos inside the mosque but one man asked me not to take photos so i decided not to argue with him but dont know why he said that. I went to this zoo in 2015 and 2017 but it cost 22 euros for one person entrance at the zoo. I cant believe they charged u just 5 euros in the same year.

@@lastoutlaw3882 the grande mosque des not belong to the jardin des plantes complex, nether to the states museums, so i don't understand why you think than because you have pay for one, or because you have the pass for state museums, you should not pay for it, it's just two differents things than have nothing in common.
