A walk through my sketch book, part 1

I like this video a lot because it really helped me get into drawing. I’ve been interested in art for as long as I can remember and i’ve always felt terrible about the way I draw and it was really frustrating for me, as well. After watching this, I realized that if I stick to it and continue to practice and work hard, I can get better and feel better about my drawings. Also, I love the way you lay out your drawings later in the sketchbook with the watercolor. it’s very creative and looks nice. Anyways, I’m only 17 but I love art more than anything and I want to thank you for this even though you might not care, this really helped me.

sootsprite Awesome!! I'm so glad you are going to keep trying. Always remember it's perfectly fine to be a beginner. Soon you'll be doing amazing things if you keep at it. It's not talent, it's practice. Keep drawing!

It's so good to know even talented artists go through the awkward can't-draw-what-i-see-in-my-mind phase. I'm excited to know I can get past that if I stick with it. I won't give up this time!

Listen to your son!!! I don't see one thing wrong with these sketches or watercolors. Yes, you have to go through a learning stage, but you already know perspective very well! Hope you are still going strong on your sketching! Thanks for sharing!!

Thank you for this video I'm trying to get back into drawing again and I feel that my drawings aren't good so I have stopped. But I will continue to practice!
