I use aftershoot for culling and editing. I think it saves about 80% of the workflow, but i still need to go through all the duplicates quickly for culling. It seems to miss a few great photos, maybe 5-8% of overall. At full screen mode, the quality seems to be lower quality, but i learned to trust the labeling based on focus. Thanks for the videos. It's a great channel. Im subscribed.

Thanks so much for subscribing and I agree with everything you've said. It would be unfair to assume that these apps could get us 100% of the way without any effort on our end. However, that said, AfterShoot getting me 80% or more thru that initial cull is absolutely life-changing. We will happily go thru the smaller set with a closer eye to find those few that it may have missed or mistakenly included. I'm sure the AI will only continue to get more and more accurate with time but we very lucky to have this capability for now ;)

What are the specs of the Macbook? I am looking to buy a new that is able to run smoothly Lightroom + Photoshop + Aftershoot. Thank you!

Sorry for the late response! I use an Apple M2 Max with 64GB of DDR5 RAM, 12 Cores and 1 TB SSD. Everything runs perfectly!
