I bought the KVT full price awhile back, and it's the only vehicle ive dropped a nuke in. It's also one of my only "meta" high tiers, as Im an italy main.

If you wanna grind usa xm1 till first M1 and just play as tech tree ones have better pen and they ALL play the exact same. KVT imo just isent worth it but if your really just want absolute peak grind stats sure. Want fun or better grind then xm1
