I haven't seen the previous 5 days (or watched Jeavons in a while), but love how he pulls off dad/guy on a Florida vacation. Beard: check. Ball cap: check. Sunglasses: check. Having no shame and lowered standards is the final check but I think that Jeavons has incorporated that into his DNA over the years.

Going at Christmas time is CRAZY! There's not really an "off-season" at Disney, but January, February, and March aren't bad at all, particularly on weekdays. Basically, any time there isn't a major holiday + kids are in school = a less crowded time.

@@QuivaRPG There technically "is" an off-season, though it's not the most ideal time to go. Go when there's a hurricane threatening to hit. Hardly anyone will be there because most people are evacuating; the resorts and hotels on property are some of the safest places to be in Florida during a hurricane and Disney will be very accommodating to guests stuck in their hotels. Depending on the storm intensity, most arcades will be set to free play, character interactions will be a bit more common and there will be plenty of activities to do to keep kids busy.

The crowds really look overwhelming but I applaud you for wanting to try different foods, I'm usually more on the safe side with food because I'm afraid my stomach won't take it well. And you get a more authentic experience actually visiting those countries but nice try from Disney, I guess. (not to mention it is basically overly expensive!)
