I felt the same way. ‘Awesome God’ was sang at my first church camp and was the first time I heard it as well. It’s where I felt God’s power and love for the first time and what birthed my faith. Over the last couple of years I’ve felt myself straying further and further away and this scene just brought back all the memories and emotions I felt and I literally broke down and cried. Such an inspiring moment and overall just an amazing movie

The scene made me remember my own camp. We were in a place where electricity will often be gone. It was 3 days and 3 nights. The last night in that camp, we had this mini-concert. As we were all singing, the lights turned off and we realized that there is no electricity again. But that didn't stopped us from praising God. We kept singing. No guitar sounds. No drums. We just sang praise as if that is the only thing we could do.

i was at a bible camp as a counselor and was a part of the worship team as the drummer, side note it was my sisters first year leading the worship team at camp. our director told us that we should do some acapella morning songs at the flag pole so i suggested "our God" and it was unbelievably amazing hearing all the kids by the end of the week belting out this song. hearing 80 young kids singing this every morning gave me goosebumps
