I loved this candid video from the “just woke up like this “ to the moving the camera while it’s blurry to the photo shots for the thumb nail, unique and sooooo ordinary. I appreciate the stages. It’s perfectly imperfect just like life itself. Thank you showing me something normal. It’s so refreshing.

Are you doing ok? 2020 has been pretty heavy on a lot of people. Make sure you’re also caring for your mental health. Your hair looks amazing and sometimes it’s tough to continue with your routines when you’re feeling down. I missed some monthly goal and basically all my weekly and daily goals. But now that I’m out my funk I’m knocking off my goals.
@VyalaBloom4 жыл бұрын
I was definitely in a funk for awhile there. But thankfully over the last month or so I have really been working on taking care of myself. Things are finally coming together and I’m doing well now! I’m happy you’re out of your funk as well, hopefully we can finish the year on a high note! 🤞🏽

Unbelievable how great your hair STILL looks. You say you got off track. Viewers see how well you have taken care of your hair previously & it is this PAST care that allows you to just jump back on track with still gorgeous hair to nurture. This video shows just how much it pays off to ALWAYS take care of your hair given that life will inevitably throw us all off of our game at times. Thx for being genuine.

You are truly so beautiful inside and out! I can really see the difference in your hair. I do henna masks & glosses. How do you sleep with it in your hair overnight without it leaking/running down your neck & getting on everything after having it in a few hours? This happens to me a lot & i only leave mine in for 4-5 hrs max. I also minimize the amount of water I mix the mask with to leave it at a thicker paste to prevent leakage.
@VyalaBloom4 жыл бұрын
Hey Auriana! Here are a few things that have helped me... 1. have a thicker paste with less water (like you mentioned) 2. Pile all of my hair on top of my head after I apply the paste 3. I’ll put on a plastic conditioning cap to cover most of my head... and then I will use Saran Wrap and wrap my hair into place.... really making sure that the wrap is snug (but not too tight!) around my hairline. Even with these tips the henna will still leak from my neck occasionally, especially if the henna is too wet. Sometimes I will place some paper towel under my beanie to catch any leakage, and I always make sure to sleep on a towel.

@VyalaBloom4 жыл бұрын
I added the fenugreek for more softness and shine, but it will not mask the red tint from henna. Amla, brahmi, and indigo on the other hand are good herbs to turn the henna to a natural looking brown!

Hey Elsa, if you want to dye your hair black, I would look into a 2 step treatment using Henna and Indigo. Henna Sooq has great resources on how to do this. I would stay away from anything that advertises itself as "black henna" as the chemicals used to create this color can cause severe and permanent burns.
